EVA Dimensions offers a number of services options ranging from assistance with a time-sensitive task to a more strategic set of questions. The objective always is to maximize our customer’s investment in our software solution.
Customer Support
As part of subscribing to our software tool, on-call service representatives are available to respond to telephone and e-mail messages and all inquiries are tracked and monitored using our internal CRM system. Also, through this service customers will receive enhanced versions of the FRS Software. Each new release includes instructions for installing the updates as well as release notes that describe in detail the program fixes and new functionality contained in the release.
Education and Training
EVA Dimensions has created a unique program grounded in decades of accumulated knowledge and industry experience. This program combines EVA theory and concepts with hands-on guidance to customize our software tool to your organization and business needs.
